We are excited to offer THREE Teen Aerial Yoga Class opportunities this summer for our students ages 13 – 17 !!! Pre-registration is required as space is limited. These classes are very popular so grab your spot early. $20 per class or all 3 for $50, Tuesdays, July 9th and 23rd, and August 6th.

Introducing Yoga for Stress Relief

All levels, beginner-friendly, yoga class perfect for educators, first responders, police and fire, healthcare, and anyone in need of some deep stretching and relaxation.

Surrender, let your guard down and relax into a state of present-moment calmness. Release control, allow yourself to be guided through an inner experience.

We’ll utilize breath awareness, practices of mindfulness, and gentle yoga poses meant to improve balance, soften tense muscles, and down-regulate the bodies central nervous system.
Better sleep, no more racing mind, great for overall health.

​Aerial Yoga – Beginner

This hybrid class explores poses both on the mat and in the air, flowing in relationship between the two.  The hammock allows students to access poses that may be less accessible on the mat. Strong emphasis on breath, tension release, and building strength. Slower paced learning-based class with much emphasis on step-by-step instruction on how to enter and exit aerial poses.

Sign up is REQUIRED for aerial yoga due to the limited number of fabrics.

​Candlelight Restorative with Thai Reflexology

​First Friday of every month
Restorative yoga focuses on bringing lymph flow back towards the heart where it can drain out and boost your immune system. It also flips the switch on the Rest or Digest part of the nervous system, ensuring a feeling of calm rejuvenation and if done at night, a great night’s sleep.

Ancient theory maintains that areas of the foot correspond to areas of the entire body and that by stimulating certain “reflex” points of the feet we can assist the body back into its natural state of balance, thus providing overall better health and wellness.

Community Class

Together we make a difference.  The teachers at Ebb n’ Flow will be offering their time to offer a by donation yoga class.  We ask a minimum of $5. You will have the opportunity to meet our teachers when you join us. All proceeds are used to support our community. Currently our donations are going to the Love Your Brain Foundation. This nonprofit helps people that have suffered from traumatic brain injuries. 

​To date our community has provided support to Northborough Food Pantry, Yoga Reaches Out, ALS research, Bay Path Humane Society of Hopkinton and currently the Sterling Animal Shelter.

​Ebb n Flow – Vinyasa

Experience life’s energy flows from your own body’s perspective with an intense and powerful practice.
Vinyasa literally translated means, “To place in a special way.” Vinyasa classes move the body up and down, linking movement with breath. Classes are sequenced to build cardiovascular and muscular strength and build heat to aid in opening the body and release tension.

​Our instructors all bring their unique strengths and yoga journeys to their instruction of Ebb n’ Flow. If you are new to the studio, we encourage you to try several instructors, as each has his/her own approach to this vinyasa class.

Sarah’s vinyasa style class will offer a flow that connects movement and breathe together bringing you into the present moment. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. All levels are welcome. Modifications are always offered.

​Evening Flow

A class designed to relax and replenish at the end of the day. A restorative yoga flow with lots of stretch and ease along with feel good core replenishment to give you just what you need for the end of the day.

​Flow and Restore

This class starts off with an energizing sun sequence, building heat with a strong and stretchy vinyasa flow.
Followed with cool down, restorative, moon poses. Supported with props, these feel good poses will bring you into a deep state of healing and relaxation to unwind and refresh your body and mind.

​Gentle Flow

This class is appropriate for all levels as it allows practitioners to gently and mindfully explore movement. It offers a pace that encourages students to take the time to listen to their bodies and focus on their breath both in postures and in transition. Modifications and props are offered to ensure that each student discover expressions of postures that are right for them in the given moment. This class focuses on safe and healthy alignment, uniting breath with movement, and developing bodily intuition and self-compassion.


Hatha is the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). In this class postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect breathing exercises, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals , as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures , twists , backbends , forward folds and hip openers.
Family Members have the opportunity to practice yoga together, and experience a magical interaction that grounds them as equal partners. Strong bonds are developed as you assist each other in yoga postures. Movement, storytelling, music and play are combined with the yoga practice to create a very unique and fun experience. Learn to relax together building lifelong skills to help with those crazy moments which are all part of parenting. Ages 2-14 years.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga classes use movement, breath, sound(mantra) and meditation to relieve stress and uplift your spirit. This practice develops flexibility, tones muscles and strengthens the nervous and immune systems. This is a powerful and effective form of Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., Master of Kundalini Yoga.  lt is suitable for all fitness levels. And after each class please stay and join us for a cup of hot tea.

Men’s Yoga

While all people are welcome in other classes, this class is designed specifically for men. We will focus on building core-strength, increasing flexibility, and stress-reducing breath work. Yoga has been shown to increase our ability to mentally focus, help the body recover more quickly from injuries, enhance short-term memory and sleep, relieve chronic back and neck pain, and build stronger muscles and bones. My hope is that this class will empower men to improve their quality of life in both mind and body.

Morning Flow

This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.

​Power Flow

Power flow is designed to help you access power, vitality and freedom. This class will build physical prowess, mental centering and spiritual discovery through a strong and dynamic asana flow. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, we invite you to find a part of yourself in this practice. Be ready to play, get sweaty and have so much fun with the transformational power of being powerfully you!​

​Restorative Yoga

A wonderful way to transition into your weekend. Come join us for a lovely combination of soothing flow and deeply restorative yoga in the peace of evening candlelight glow. This is an all levels class designed to give you a restorative stretch and opening in a gentle and peaceful way. What more could you ask for?

Soul Flow with Chakra Balancing

Chakras are energy centers within our bodies where our life force energy flows. When they become blocked we can experience emotional and physical ailments. This class focuses on healing by balancing these energy centers.  A moderate flow style infused with sound healing, aromatherapy, adjustments, mantras, mudras and more to help us connect deeper within. Each week we will explore different chakras learning how poses and breathing techniques work to create balance. Students will be given a clear understanding of how this balance directly relates to our wellbeing mentally and physically. ​


Yin yoga is a deeply healing practice that works to release tight fascia allowing energy to flow more freely. The class is done completely on the floor, allowing you to relax and ground. Stretchy, rejuvenating poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the benefits to truly sink in. This practice is as much for your mind as it is for your body. You will leave feeling clearer and calmer, as well as more open and comfortable in your body.

Yoga Basics

This is a TRUE BEGINNER YOGA CLASS. Explore yoga for the very first time or as a returning student from a break that would like to reacquaint themselves with the poses and philosophy of yoga by name and practice. This class focuses on learning poses on the basic level, learning how to apply connection of breath and movement and enhancing and strengthening your “Asanas” (poses). The purpose of this class is for an enriching gentle physical exercise to increase flexibility and warm and tone the body. Showing you how to bring your physical practice together in body and mind. Creating a balanced practice of body and mind for clarity, focus, restoration and healing. “Yoga is not a Comparative or Competitive Sport.” Come and explore and learn by doing. Each students experience should be unique to them. No two students are the same. We look forward to guiding you in your new or revisited practice. Kindness and patience is the goal.

Private Parties

A great option for corporate outings, team building, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, girls’ night out, graduations and holiday parties. At a private event, you will learn fun skills from a knowledgeable and charismatic instructor.

The moves will be tailored to suit your group’s abilities. We will keep things light and easy for people that aren’t into working too hard or we can offer challenging moves for the fit and feisty. No experience is needed, our instructors excel at making everyone feel comfortable and we promise a safe and supportive environment that is encouraging and inviting for all of your guests. We welcome ages 10+ and have hosted private events with participants over 70 yrs old.

Aerial Yoga Nidra and Reiki

Enjoy a beautifully guided Yoga Nidra for sleep meditation in our aerial silks with the touch of Reiki. It’s deeply calming and penetrates into your very soul, instilling a sense of internal peace and leaving you feeling incredibly relaxed, present and rejuvenated.
