Off the Mat In 2013 after a series of personal losses and feeling physically and emotionally drained, I was re introduced to yoga by my husband. Yoga along with meditation opened the doors to self healing and has helped me tap into my inner strength. Since then( being on the mat off and on) , as life happens, it has continuously helped me explore new opportunities including CrowBarre training . My hope and dream is to share what I have learnt during this journey and empower others to feel joy in life by being present .
I love spending time with my husband, 2 grown sons, my pets, family and friends and ever so grateful for all the connections we have made. I also love to cook , bake, gardening, dance and am very passionate about Wellness and try to sprinkle this both at work and outside
