Favorite Food: Cauliflower crust pizza, yogurt, berries, and ice cream.
Off the mat I like to: I love listening to and composing music, playing with dogs and bunnies, going to the beach, cooking/baking and traveling.
Practicing since 2004, I carry with my 20 years of experience training the human body to be strong and flexible with an intense focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation. My teaching philosophy stems from my experience that no two bodies are exactly the same and there is no one-size-fits-all yoga practice. Having studied with Theresa Murphy, Dan Boyne, and Sadie Nardini, my unique subset of knowledge that combines competitive gymnastics and yoga are a boon when it comes to breaking down postures into digestible steps and giving others tools to overcome fear and doubt.
