RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance and the New Mexico School of Yoga.
Her yogic practice includes sequences of sun salutations, and standing/balancing poses, followed by yoga Nidra. She believes that the practice of yoga is in more than just the asana, and enjoys the moments where the body and mind meet. Her other pastimes include HIIT workouts, snuggling her cat, exploring new cities, speaking French, and tasting a good IPA. When in class, you can expect a flow catering to beginners and experts alike!
