Favorite Pose: Trikonasana (triangle pose).
Favorite Food: All the foods! I love foods from different culture, in particular Indian (biryani & papadum!), Japanese (sushi!), Mexican (tacos!).
Off the mat I like to: I LOVE being outdoors enjoying nature, reading – anything spooky/creepy/horror related, and cooking as a form of meditation. Can eating be a favorite activity too?
I began my yoga journey merely as a form of exercise but quickly realized the many benefits and joy it brought me. Not only has this journey strengthened my body physically and mentally, it has opened multiple doors to discovering who my highest and best self is. I am excited to share this mindful and ever present lifestyle with others, while experiencing more self-growth along the way.
Completed 200 hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa YTT in May 2018 at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India under Sudhir Rishi and Kimber Wigley.
