In teaching yoga, I hope to open minds and expand possibilities. I teach methods for relaxation and healing, leaving students feeling refreshed and awakened to their full potential. I am trained in the Embodyoga® style and utilize asana, breath-work, meditation, mantra, intuition and humor in my classes. Yoga is not just about the physical practice. Time on the mat is an invitation to return home to yourself and cultivate your personal magic.
